Sugar High and Sugar Low

What a day! Halloween began at Kitty's house with
a pumpkin, a dalmation, and a coupla cowboys.

Later, we went to Lucy's party. Here we are
with a little pink panther and a ballerina. Then,
home for trick-or-treaters. And now? Now we
are crashing, and it's not pretty. 'Nite!

The Really Big Apple

We went to New York this weekend to visit Grandma
and to see some of Mama's friends from way back.
Here we are, keeping it real at a diner in Queens.

Caralena plays at Lorna and Bill's place in
Williamsburg. Evie and Rosie and Harry were
there, too, but it is impossible to get a photo
of four moving children.

See? We told you there was a really big apple!
It was in the lobby of our hotel, and made
out of carnations.

No trip to New York is complete without a
stop at Ikea on the way home. Caralena was
a great traveller so she got a frozen yogurt treat.

Halloween, Part One

Halloween is going to be big this year. Caralena
has two costumes and several parties.

Amelia's Visit

Andrea, Len, and Amelia visited Beantown this

weekend and we met them at the Children's Museum.

Early October Adventures

We went to Cider Hill yesterday with play group,
to pick apples and have fun.

Caralena watched the chickens for a long time,
but she did NOT want to feed them lettuce.
